So, after taking a few weeks at the beginning of January to recover from the crazy pre-Christmas rush, I am back working on Lissalaneous full force. I thought I would share my latest creation, a Valentine's Day pin. Plenty of people on Etsy sell felt items, and most of them are adorable, but I haven't yet found anyone who includes ribbons the way I do. You know me: I love me some ribbon and will include it anywhere I possibly can!
I was hoping to list some of these pins in my shop, but I decided to first offer them to my newsletter subscribers. Now I have ten pins to make! So, we'll see if I even get around to listing more on Etsy. Of course, if you want one, you can contact me and I'd be happy to make it for you, whether it's listed on Etsy or not! The pins are $11 plus $3.50 shipping unless you are a monthly Lissalaneous newsletter subscriber, in which case they are $12 total (shipping included).
In other non-business-but-still-craft-related news, today was a sunny, beautiful fifty-degree day, and I gladly jumped at the opportunity to head outside with a can of spray paint. When my mom drove down from New York state last spring, she brought with her the rocking horse that my sister and I used as kids. It still works great (as Brennan was quick to demonstrate), but it is very beat up and worn, so I am going to restore it. I still have some work to do, but here is a sneak peak at the adorable face I will attempt to repair. Stay tuned!
